In Warzone the Welgun is once again in the spotlight. Indeed a new recoilless class has recently become very popular.
While the meta is pretty well established at the moment, with weapons like the MP-40, Cooper Carbine, Kar98, and PPSh, there are plenty of fans and content creators looking to get out of the meta.
As it stands, the Welgun SMG is a bit out of the way, even though it is in the top 10 most used weapons. However, it could move up a few places thanks to a build “without recoil” went viral on TikTok.
The Welgun arrived in the Warzone shortly after the launch of Vanguard.
The viral recoil class was featured by TikToker lodgingdee, whose post has managed to rack up over 2.5 million views since it was first uploaded.
While some of the other “recoilless” builds in Warzone had some weird attachments, the Welgun’s still uses some of the more popular choices. For example, there is room for the Recoil Booster, Slate Deflector, 320mm SA Shrouded Gun and Extended Ammo.
However, there are a few exceptions. And that’s what makes this build unique.

As they show, the Welgun passes through enemies at medium and close range, and enemies will find themselves in the Gulag in the blink of an eye.
The Welgun might not replace the MP-40 or PPSh anytime soon, but it’s a lot of fun to build. So give it a try before it gets canceled by the battle royale developers.
