This Vanguard aim assist glitch makes the game unplayable

Issues with aim assist have been reported by Call of Duty: Vanguard players who are awaiting a response from the developers.

Many Vanguard players have been experiencing issues with aim assist on controllers in recent days, so Multiplayer has reportedly become “unplayable”. Despite recent updates and the announced delay of Season 2, players continue to experience bugs and glitches since the game debuted last November.

With Ranked mode expected to hit the game soon, the community is eagerly awaiting fixes. Currently, one of the most pressing issues seems to be related to aim assist.

Many CoD fans feel that annual releases of each installment is not the best solution.

On Reddit, a user reported this aim assist bug on Vanguard with the intention of “trying to let people know about it.” Apparently, this issue dates back to the start of Season 1, causing some weird issues with aim assist for console players.

User reported that he is not getting “aim assist slow” when aiming at enemy players. He clarified that he has this bug on Xbox Series X but he knows he is not the only one with this problem.

“No aim assist slowdown”

In the comments, players said they had tested other controllers, but nothing helped. This bug has visibly frustrated many players who are helpless in the face of the situation.

We really hope that the game developers, Sledgehammer Games, can fix this glitch at least with the Season 2 start update on Call of Duty: Vanguard.
