A streamer who managed to climb to second place in Vanguard’s Ranked mode leaderboard recently exposed his cheat following a bug to his chagrin.

Even if the RICOCHET anti-cheat system tries to eliminate all the cheaters who plague Warzone and Vanguard, many manage to pass under the radar.

This is particularly the case of the streamer “pplehx” who is the latest player to have exposed his cheating in a clip which quickly made the rounds of social networks on April 11.

The streamer, who rose through the ranks to become the second player overall in Vanguard’s Ranked mode was streaming a game of Hardpoint on Tuscan when his live abruptly jumped, revealing enemy positions through walls for a short time. .

After denying for the first few moments the presence of cheat software on his game, the streamer then confirmed that he did indeed have a wallhack.

“I got it to get the diamond camouflages, but I didn’t know how to turn it off.” he explains.

At this time, pplehx has not received any sanctions from Activision and Twitch.
