This Warzone cheater gets hilariously humiliated

Playing against cheaters in Warzone can be extremely frustrating. However, TimTheTatman gave a hacker a taste of his own medicine by trolling him back.

Raven Software introduced an anticheat called RICOCHET at the start of Caldera in December. Cheaters, unfortunately, mostly manage to bypass the system, but several updates, like the function of “disarmament”today make cheating much more difficult.

In a great example of RICOCHET working properly, CoD content creator TimTheTatman has “trolled” a cheater during a Caldera match,

Cheating in Warzone is not a recent phenomenon.

TimTheTatman “trolls” a cheater in Warzone

In the video below, a hacker tries to shoot TimTheTatman, but can’t do any damage, as RICOCHET suspects suspicious activity.

This feature is called Damage Shield and in a blog post the Call of Duty developers said: “If you get shot and see your health slowly decreasing, you know there’s probably a cheater on the other end of the gun. The cheater in turn wastes ammunition and eventually realizes that he has been detected.”

The streamer immediately realized that the player was a hacker and sued him to have a little fun at his expense.

TimTheTatman said “You haven’t learned your lesson. RICOCHET works buddy. You can’t hack us anymore. It’s not Verdansk now, we’re past that time.”

TimTheTatman went on to say “I will throw you away” and then hilariously executed the hacker by throwing him against the wall.

Fans will be happy to see Ricochet finally doing his job of properly preventing cheaters from affecting the outcome of a match.
