However, the integration of Warzone into Call of Duty: Vanguard (2021) has spawned the highly anticipated RICOCHET anti-cheat system. But, while it fixed many cheating issues, countless numbers still survive.

Ricochet does not only make people happy, especially among cheaters.

An exploit that many Warzone Pros use unknowingly?

In a video from February 19, Warzone creator Rara shared an exploit that allows zero recoil when using DS4, a popular app that offers zero latency when using a controller on a PC.

Although many people use DS4 for legitimate purposes, the popular software has other features. These can allow players to experience no recoil when using the correct settings, as seen in Rara’s video.

“You might wonder if streamers cheat? I do not know. Most likely not, but I don’t know”explains Rara. “The problem is, I don’t think any of us know!”

He keeps on : “Don’t start going into streamers’ chats asking if they’re using DS4, and if they are, don’t assume they must be cheating because it’s not 100% fact. I didn’t know it was part of the program, and I’ve been using it for 2 years now.”

Rara added that he is presenting the exploit in hopes that it will be fixed, and to see which creators and pro gamers abused it. “I want the devs to see this, because it needs to be fixed.”

“I also want to see who the big shots are getting exposed for this.”

Raven and Activision have yet to respond to the emerging news. Still, we hope to see RICOCHET prove adaptable enough to identify and banish those who have abused this particular exploit, even if our hopes remain dim.
