this well-equipped television is priced at 349 euros for the sales

What if you start the year by treating yourself to a little treat? At the moment, Thomson has decided to lower the price of most of its televisions. The opportunity to get a QLED screen from 349 euros, or a Smart TV from 169 euros. Hard to resist, right?

For several years now, Thomson has offered an extensive range of televisions based on a simple principle: quality screens, adapted to the needs of users, responsible from an ecological point of view and above all, within the reach of all budgets. A price positioning among the most competitive on the market, which today goes down a notch during sales. You can save from 30 to 100 euros on a wide selection of TVs, and benefit from an additional ODR of 20 euros on certain models.

Why choose a Thomson television?

In addition to the price, which allows you to obtain a recent television at an affordable price, the models from the Thomson catalog benefit from several advantages which allow you to tip the scales in their favor. Among them, we will first remember the care taken by the manufacturer in terms of finishes and services offered.

From the simplest to the most advanced, Thomson televisions offer a particularly solid common base which is based on both bold design choices and user-oriented hardware choices.

  • A very fine design, with almost invisible borders on three sides. A good surprise on such inexpensive televisions when you know that the design borderless are often the prerogative of premium series;
  • a connected experience under Android TV as well as compatibility with Chromecast and Google voice control;
  • a simple remote control, with buttons dedicated to numerous SVoD services and above all, a very practical backlighting system;
  • a very complete connectivity section: at least 3 HDMI, 2 USB and an AV socket await you on the chassis, as well as a triple tuner including a satellite (compatible with Fransat).

The real advantage of Thomson televisions, however, is to be looked elsewhere. The brand is recognized for the durability of its products. Assembled in Europe, they benefit from a very good repairability index and also stand out for their lower than average electricity consumption. To make matters worse, Thomson televisions benefit from a three-year warranty that is quite unique in this segment of the market.

Thomson QA2S13: well-stocked TVs for exceptional image quality

With the QA2S13 series, Thomson offers a screen with a solid technical sheet for a price that could not be more affordable: QLED screens offered for less than 350 euros are not common in the streets. In order to offer image quality worthy of the content you want to display (films, series or even video games), Thomson has equipped the panel of this television with a quantum dot filter (QLED) which allows it to display deep blacks and striking contrast.

A host of technologies are also on the agenda to provide you with a high-quality visual and auditory experience. Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos are obviously there, as is HDR. Wide connectivity finally enriches this television. Once again, the manufacturer has made sure to provide everything its users need. With 4 ARC and CEC compatible HDMI 2.0 ports, as well as 2 USB ports, an S/PDIF output, an Ethernet port and a few other secondary ports, you will be prepared for any eventuality.

Thomson UA5S13: 4K has never been so affordable

If you’re on a somewhat tight budget, but still want the 4K experience, the UA5S13 range may be for you. No QLED here, but an excellently made LCD panel which benefits from very good contrast and an image that is as precise as it is bright. Like its QLED sister, this television benefits from HDR10 and Dolby Vision compatibility for an impeccable visual experience.

On the audio side, televisions in the UA5S13 range can count on two speakers of 10 watts each, compatible with the Dolby Atmos format. Enough to take full advantage of all the content accessible thanks to Android TV.
