Singer reveals juicy details about his marriage

2025 will be a special year for Thomas Anders and his wife Claudia: They are celebrating their silver wedding anniversary – and are still as happy as they were on the first day.
They met and fell in love in Koblenz in 1996, and four years later they said yes: Thomas Anders, 61, and his Claudia, 51, have a scandal-free marriage and will be able to toast their silver wedding anniversary in 2025. A milestone that not many colleagues in his industry achieve. “Many people in the show industry somehow get to know each other and immediately declare their great love, which annoys me anyway. A year before, the divorced woman was the greatest love of her life and now it’s the turn of the greatest love of her life. That “It’s too inflationary for me,” says Anders in an interview with “Bild”.
Thomas Anders doesn’t use clichés
With his wife, he always tried to work on problems and repair them instead of giving up on the marriage completely. This works particularly well with small touches and surprises, reveals Thomas Anders – but it doesn’t always have to be a big romantic number. “I don’t play the piano in the evenings and light candles. I don’t use a cliché like that. It’s important that we show ourselves that we’re in love and say so,” said the 61-year-old.
“We have the same moral compass”
And how in love they both still are! “The sex is more familiar because I know Claudia so well and she knows me. The experimental phase is over. The familiarity is the great thing,” Anders chats to “Bild” and then makes a touching declaration of love to his loved one: “She is the greatest woman in the world. We have a wonderful son. We are equals in pot and lid. We have the same moral compass. Our attitude to life and enjoyment are identical.”
