Did Thomas ask for advice?
As soon as he arrived in the series, without knowing that he would be a candidate, he wanted to know everything about the show. His curiosity was enthusiastic and positive. When he asked for my opinion, I immediately knew he would be the perfect candidate.
What will he have to think about during the famous countdown?
The pressure is so strong that we no longer think! And it’s very good that way because, if you think too much, it makes you dizzy and you can fall. I would tell him not to think.
Clement Remiens (Maxime), winner of DALS in 2018, you advised the same thing. Do you have any news from him?
Of course, my Clem! We call each other regularly, we are very close. Currently, he is traveling.

Thomas DaCosta: Even if they get along very well, today it is more of a friendly relationship. They were never in the same timing to consider something else. If Axel has validated his entry to the Institute, the road ahead does not necessarily look like a path of roses… His entry into the first year is a fine achievement. But he will have to manage new difficulties. First with the second year students, who consider that the new promotion is a promotion of boosted. Then with Ethan, the son of Chief Cardone, who poses as a rival.
You were very curious with Aurélie about Dance with the stars, have you been dreaming about it for a long time?
Absolutely ! I, who am also a musician – I sing, rap – this is an opportunity to add a new string to my bow in order to become a complete artist.
After Clément Rémiens and Aurelie Pons, how are you going to handle filmingITC in the Gard and those of DALS in the Paris region ?
Like Clément, I take advantage of train trips to work on choreography. The key is to sleep well to recharge your batteries and to be well surrounded.
Who can you count on?
My family. I’m lucky to have my parents and my sister in Paris and it’s going to be a real decompression valve to be with them during the live broadcasts.
