Thus, Thomas Dutronc confided to our colleagues that he had taken his first binge at only eleven years old, thanks – or because? – of the famous artist, whom Jane Birkin described as very modest. "People always ask me if I took my first binge with Serge (Gainsbourg, editor's note). Yes, it's true", he says, before giving hilarious details."We were in a Chinese restaurant, he passes me glasses of champagne under the table. I drank two or three, I was 11, at the end of it, I was drunk. I said to mom on the way out: 'How I understand dad! '", he confided. A memory which is far from having traumatized him, since Thomas Dutronc affirms that he will forever keep the memory of a malicious and tender Serge Gainsbourg, far from the image that others have of the singer.
