Three crane ships are expected to leave Ukraine on Friday


ISTANBUL, Aug 4 (Reuters) – Three grain ships are expected to leave Ukrainian ports on Friday under the deal to resume exports, Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said on Thursday.

An empty cargo ship is also expected to head to Ukraine after being inspected in Istanbul, it added in a statement.

Turkey hosts Istanbul the Coordination Center set up following the July 22 agreement between Russia and Ukraine, under the aegis of the United Nations and Ankara, to relaunch grain exports blocked by the war in Ukraine. (Report Yesim Dikmen, French version Jean-Stphane Brosse)
