With a little too much blood alcohol in the blood, a Spittal Saturday caused a traffic accident on the Tauernautobahn. All vehicles involved were badly damaged. Even the fire brigade had to move out.
Shortly after midnight, the 33-year-old from Spittal was driving his car on the Tauern Autobahn when he was overtaken by a Bulgarian driver near Gmünd. For reasons that are still unknown, the two vehicles collided and were thrown into the ditch. A following Kosovan driver could no longer avoid the flying vehicle parts and was also involved in the accident.
