A second fall from the window by a small child caused a stir on Sunday evening. A four-year-old girl fell through a fly screen in Neuhofen/Krems and suffered serious injuries. Around noon, a one-year-old girl fell out of a window in Baumgartenberg and was seriously injured.
A four-year-old girl was alone in her children’s room on the first floor of a family home in Neuhofen an der Krems on Sunday evening. At the time, the parents were on the same floor but in different rooms. The little girl climbed onto the window sill, opened the window on her own and leaned against the insect screen mounted outside.
