Thunderbird 102.4.1 is out. As its numbering indicates, this version brings patches to the software.

There are exactly 8 of them, in addition to visual improvements.

Thunderbird polishes its latest major release

No security patch to report on the latest minor Thunderbird patch. Apart from a new feature, namely the ability for the software to spot and report errors parsing vCards containing incorrectly formatted dates, these are only bug fixes for version 102.

The complete changelog indicates that 8 annoyances have been fixed. First, recurring calendar events that didn’t appear on first load are back. Same thing for the dynamic change of the interface which no longer took place when switching between languages written to the right and to the left.

The other bugs are pretty situational as well. Note, for example, that vCards with the nickname field filled in could no longer be edited, or that messages received via SMS to e-mail services could not display the images.
