In a message posted on social networks this Wednesday, March 30, the family of Bruce Willis announces that the actor will end his career. She reveals that the movie star would suffer from aphasia, a disease that would affect his cognitive abilities.
A monument of Hollywood cinema is bowing out. Bruce Willis ends his acting career, announced his ex-wife Demi Moore. “To the incredible supporters of Bruce, as a family, we wanted to share that our beloved Bruce has had health issues and was recently diagnosed with aphasia, which affects his cognitive abilities”says the mother of her three daughters, in a message published this Wednesday, March 30, on Instagram.
“As a result, and after careful consideration, Bruce is stepping away from the career that meant so much to him.”adds the message that states that “It’s a very difficult time for our family”. In this press release, the actor’s family also wanted to send a message to his fans. “We greatly appreciate your continued love, compassion and support. We are going through this as a close-knit family.and we wanted to involve his fans because we know how much he means to you, as you mean to him.”, can we read. The message is signed by their three daughters, Rumer, Tallulah and Scout, but also Emma, the current companion of Bruce Willis, and Mabel and Evelyn, their two daughters.

The aphasia suffered by the actor is a pathology of the central nervous system which has repercussions on language. 67 year old Bruce Willis will still appear in several films this yearof which Fortress 3, Soul Assassin or White Elephant.
