Joe Exotic’s archenemy Carole Baskin will not appear in a second season of “Tiger King – Big Cats and Their Predators”.

Carole Baskin (59) now speaks plain language: She will not be seen in a second season of the Netflix success “Tiger King – Big Cats and Their Predators”. She tells the industry magazine “Page Six”that she canceled the producers for a sequel to the series. The owner of the Big Cat Rescue animal shelter found clear words about her decision: “I told them to lose my number. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!”

The producers of the show would have led the opponent of “Tiger King” Joe Exotic (58) behind the light. She was initially assured that she would appear as the heroine of the series, but then she was accused of the alleged murder of her missing husband Don Lewis (1938-2002). The series says she may have killed him and then fed him to her tigers.

Hate news against Baskin after the first season

The 59-year-old experienced a lot of hatred and cyberbullying after the program was broadcast, she continues. “For the first three months my phone rang non-stop and people yelled at me with insults. After that, it subsided.” Although she did not take this personally, the bullying affected her daughter and her husband, Howard Baskin, very much.

Baskin continues to deny the rumors surrounding the alleged murder of her first husband, Don Lewis. She believes the allegations are a strategy used by her competitors to publicly denounce them. “But it’s not true and you just have to take a closer look at it to know that it is not true,” Baskin said, according to Page Six.

More information about season two is still unknown

It is currently unknown which stars from the first season “Tiger King – Big Cats and Their Predators” will return for a possible sequel and when the second season will appear. Joe Exotics companions and employees John Reinke and James Garretson teased in February of this year started a second season of the series. The show’s main character, Joe Exotic, has been serving a 22-year prison sentence since 2019 for commissioning the murder of his archenemy Carole Baskin, according to the court.
