Finally, on January 19, the young woman’s lawyer would have asked to cancel the confidentiality agreement that she had signed in 2017, at the beginning of her love story.

The agreement could be canceled in the event that there were evidence of sexual assault or harassment. This is now what Erica Herman would seek to prove. In her file, she would have checked the box “Yes” to the question asking whether the case involved “allegations of sexual abuse“. The case could therefore take a much more serious turn in the future, even if no specific charges assault or sexual harassment has not yet been referenced in the complaint.
