Once again he indirectly refers to the allegations: Till Lindemann showed up in Poland with a provocative T-shirt.

Rammstein frontman Till Lindemann (60) has not yet personally commented on the allegations that have been publicly accompanying him since May. But again and again there are allusions from his side, with which he takes up the discourse surrounding the allegations of several women. Most recently, the singer was spotted wearing a provocative t-shirt with the words “Kill Till” printed on it.

A photo of it is currently circulating on Twitter – or on X, as the social media platform has recently been called. According to media reports, the recordings show Lindemann leaving a hotel in the Polish city of Katowice, which is near Chorzów. The most recent Rammstein concert took place there on Sunday evening.

T-shirt as a reference to the protests in Berlin

The shirt is a clear reference to the protests that accompanied the band’s concerts in their hometown of Berlin. There, among other things, the demonstrators held up signs that read “Kill (your toxic masculinity) Till”.

At the third Berlin concert, Lindemann had already caused a stir by thanking the fans at the end of the show. On July 18, the Rammstein frontman thanked the audience after a good two hours of performance: “Three times in our city, three times in Berlin. Thank you for being there.” He added: “And always remember: You don’t believe evil tongues. The truth will come out anyway.”

Already at the two previous shows in Berlin, Lindemann had surprised with two changes in the text passages of the songs “Angst” and “Ohne Dich”, which are also to be understood as an allusion to the headlines.

On Saturday (July 15), Lindemann did not sing the original line “Everyone is afraid of the black man” as usual in the song “Angst”. Instead, he sang the line “Everyone is afraid of Lindemann”. On Sunday (July 16) he also replaced a text passage in the song “Ohne Dich”. In the second stanza he exchanged the words “Woe is me, oh woe. And the birds sing no more” with “And the singers fuck no more”.
