(Boursier.com) — Tilray announced on Monday a 20% increase in revenue in the second quarter, as the Canadian cannabis producer benefited from increased demand for cannabis and related products. Pandemic-induced shutdowns have boosted demand for cannabis-related products from homebound customers. The world’s biggest cannabis producer by sales said its revenue reached $155 million in the quarter ended Nov. 30, up from $129 million a year earlier. Tilray posted net income of $6 million in the quarter, compared with a loss of $89 million a year earlier.
