Given his medical condition, the only options in John Fisher’s case were to keep him in custodyrelease or issue a supervision orderindicates the Mirror. Judge Anil Murray said, however, in recent years John Fisher had continued to act in a manner”sexually inappropriate“ to people. Fisher still represents a significant risk to the public. The Liverpool child rapist has been sentenced to a two-year supervision order and also received a restraining order preventing him from contact his victims for ten years.
