And obviously, Gearbox Software and 2K seem determined not to want to break this frantic pace of deployment since Extraction Attempt additional content will be released tomorrowThursday, June 23, when the title will also land on Steam.
Three months of exclusivity and then it’s gone
Regarding this third extension, it will invite you to penetrate deep into the mountainous fortress of Fyodor, the guardian of souls who will act as the boss here. According to the developers, this place will be full of “Deadly defense mechanisms, including terrifying turrets, fiery furnaces and bone-crushing hammers. »
Like the previous DLCs, Extraction Attempt will be accessible through the Vesper area (located in the Veiled Overhang and very close to Burninghoof) and will offer you to face an increasingly difficult Fyodor to beat during the four weeks following the launch in order to collect a maximum of legendary loot:
- First version: June 23 from 6:30 p.m. (French time)

- After your first victory against Fyodor, new legendary loot will be added to the Wheel of Fate: Stab-O-Matic Pistol, Amorous Suitor spell, Melee Weapons Guardian of Greed and Petty Wrath, and Protagonizer Amulet

- New Legendary Spell Blacksmith’s Wrath
- Third version: July 7 from 6:30 p.m. (French time)
- New Legendary Tyrant’s Truth Armor

- New resonant Legendary Phoenix Pistol
About the arrival of the FPS on Steam, know that there is not much to remember except that, from June 23 to July 7 at 7 p.m., getting this version will allow you to obtain the heroic gold armor pack. In addition, the game will be available at a special price during these two weeks (probably the usual reduction of 10%) before returning to its base purchase price, namely €59.99 for the Standard edition and 79 €.99 for the one called Wonderful Chaos.
Also note that it will be possible to keep your progress by switching from the Epic Games Store to Steam provided you correctly transfer your save files manually. Be careful though, Gearbox and 2K specify that “By doing this, you run the potential risk of losing your save data.
