Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands has been available for almost a month and as Gearbox had already announced, we already welcome the first DLC of the Season Pass. So it’s time to get to know Treacherous Ophid.
Wonderlands makes old with old
This first additional content will arrive this week, more precisely the Thursday, April 21 at 6:30 p.m.. The game will see the arrival of a new small area that will serve as the HQ of Vesper, the character who will serve as a guide for the DLCs. At her house, it will be possible to access the entrance to the 4 dungeons as they arrive, but also to win new rewards by spinning the Wheel of Destiny.
If you hadn’t followed, know that the DLCs of Wonderlands will not have new areas to explore with narration but just a series of arenas based on the principle of the world map and the Chamber of Chaos. And unfortunately, the recycling that we blamed for the base game seems to continue with Ophidians and Worgs in arenas that look suspiciously like what we have already seen.
We still note the presence of new items and cosmetics to loot in addition to a new giant Worg boss named Chums. As with future DLCs, it follows a simple principle, every week his fight adds a new phase. We will therefore have phase 2 on April 28, phase 3 on May 5 and the final phase 4 on May 12, the schedule being 6:30 p.m. each time. Once the dungeon has been completed at least once, its contents are added to the Chamber of Chaos pool.
Gearbox still gives us the English titles of the DLCs to follow and we will therefore find Glutton’s Gamble, Molten Mirrors and Shattering Spectreglasswe hope they will be much more original than what we see at the moment, and if not we can console ourselves with the seventh class which will arrive to close the Pass.
