(Boursier.com) — TME Pharma Announces Positive Best Response Clinical Update, Reporting Patient Complete Response in GLORIA Expansion Arm Evaluating CXCL12 Inhibitor NOX-A12 in combination with standard radiotherapy and the anti-VEGF bevacizumab in first-line glioblastoma.
One out of 6 patients whose prior best response was 89.9% achieved complete reduction in tumor size which means that the tumor has completely disappeared and is no longer detectable by MRI. This complete reduction is in addition to that of two patients who obtained an almost complete reduction (99%) in the size of the tumor.
