(CercleFinance.com) – TME Pharma NV announced today that the resignation for personal reasons of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Bryan Jennings. He will nevertheless remain in post until December 31, 2022 in order to ensure a well-coordinated transition period.
The company says as a result, investor and partnership activities will be led by CEO Aram Mangasarian, Senior Vice President Finance Heike Balzer, Vice President Legal Karen Ophoff and Senior Director Finance. Investor Relations and Business Development Ewelina Staniuk
