TME PHARMA ANNOUNCES A FINANCING GUARANTEE AGREEMENT AS PART OF THE LAUNCH OF A CAPITAL INCREASE OF MINIMUM 2.2 MILLION EUROS FOR
TO PROFESSIONAL INVESTORS AND INDIVIDUALS
IN FRANCE VIA PRIMARYBID
Launch of a capital increase by issuing new shares including an offer reserved for professional investors and a public offer for individual investors in France via the French platform PrimaryBid.
The PrimaryBid offer will close on June 17, 2024 at 10:00 p.m. Paris time and the offer reserved for professional investors will close on June 18, 2024 before the markets open (subject to early closing).
Price of €0.1798 per new share, i.e. a discount of 10% compared to the closing price on June 17, 2024.
A separate guarantee agreement was signed by professional investors to secure a minimum amount of 2.2 million euros gross.
The guaranteed net proceeds will extend the cash horizon from July 2024 to December 2024, beyond key strategic partnership and financing milestones planned during the fourth quarter of 2024.
