To counter Ricochet, a cheat provider on Warzone makes its software free

Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific is a cheater’s nest. This assertion was particularly relevant before RICOCHET, the game’s new anti-cheat software arrives. Recently, however, a group of hackers managed to hack Nvidia, therefore getting their hands on the company’s certificate, allowing them to now offer undetectable cheat software, because it has the Nvidia signature. Now, another problem is added for the Battle Royale, from EngineOwning, the largest provider of Warzone Pacific cheats on the market.

Faced with the very good performance of RICOCHET, many cheaters had stopped using cheat software. To counter this phenomenon, EngineOwning has decided to make its programs free for gamers, which is not likely to reduce the number of cheaters on Warzone, quite the contrary and this, despite being sued by Activision.

The goal that EngineOwning displays seems to be to directly attack RICOCHEThis new free cheats being according to developer claims designed to circumvent Warzone Pacific’s anti-cheat.

Even if the number of cheaters risk of increasing sharply in play in the coming daysthese new free cheat software are only a discounted version of the paid cheats offered by EngineOwning and should therefore be less efficient than the cheats of players who have agreed to pay for them.

However, this does not excuse cheating in online shootersplayers using these cheats will therefore obviously expose themselves to bans. In the days or weeks to come, we therefore expect a counter-offensive from Activision and Infinity Wardwhich should improve RICOCHET to counter these new cheats.
