To prepare for its release, Live A Live unveils its final trailer

Made official during a Nintendo Direct earlier in the year, Live to Live is about to be released on Nintendo Switch. Title originally released on Super Famicon (and only in Japan), the RPG will enter a more modern console, and above all, will arrive for the first time in our western countries. A few days before its release, Square Enix unveils a new trailer.

An old RPG returns

On the occasion of its international release, Square Enix offers us a remake of its JRPG through an HD-2D version, a graphic style that the Japanese publisher seems to particularly appreciate for its old licenses. This new video just published (only in Japanese for the moment), does not tell us anything really new but allows us to have a fairly complete overview of what awaits us.

Live to Live is a JRPG that will take us through a story through different eras, including a scenario from Prehistory or even Imperial China, as presented recently. Headed by Takashi Tokita, renowned for Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy IVthe title is entitled to a visual enhancement but also rearranged music with Yoko Shimomura at the wand.

In the wake of this new trailer, Naoki Ikushima, animator and character designer, drew a special illustration to celebrate the upcoming arrival of the game. What to appreciate the particular style of the series and wait until July 22, release date official of Live to Live on Nintendo Switch.
