Who would have thought that the cast of the cult film “The Hunt for Red October” would have looked completely different. Originally, it wasn’t Alec Baldwin who was supposed to take on the role of Jack Ryan, but Kevin Costner!
But in 1990 he had other plans and pursued his true passion: playing cowboys. It was a good decision, because with “Dances with Wolves” he created a piece of cinema history. Only CIA agent Jack Ryan begins to believe in a different theory. He is convinced that Ramius is a defector who wants to hand himself and his submarine over to the US.
