Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are officially divorced. The ex-couple announced this via Instagram.
Now it’s official and confirmed: football star Tom Brady (45) and supermodel Gisele Bundchen (42) are no longer a married couple. As both announced on their Instagram profiles, the decision was made by mutual agreement. The divorce has already been completed. Brady and Bundchen have been married for around 13 years and have two children together. “The decision to end a marriage is never easy,” explained the model in his Insta stories. But you have grown apart. She was thankful for the time we had together.
Brady explained in his stories also his gratitude for the time together. He also made it clear that the separation was “painful and difficult”. But: “We are with you […] blessed to wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world,” Brady writes. You will continue to give your children the love they deserve as parents. You wish each other only the best, no matter what the next chapter in each other’s life life will look like.
Lawyers are said to have worked out an agreement
According to a report by the US portal “TMZ” Bundchen filed for divorce in Florida on Friday morning. Brady accepted this, which made the divorce final. According to the report, the procedure is based on an agreement between Bummel and Brady’s attorneys that has been in the works for several weeks. An agreement regarding ownership and custody is said to have been reached. So far, however, no details have become known.
