Sir Tom Jones turns 80 on Sunday, but the singer does not think about retirement. On the contrary: He wants to continue to deliver hits, as he says in an interview with "Sun". "People know that I did 'Sex Bomb' or 'Delilah' or whatever." He says that he can repeat this success, it could be another hit like "Sex Bomb" out there, "you never know, I won't rule it out". And he adds: "I want to continue singing for many years to come."
He knows, the singer continues, that he has less time due to his age. Tom Jones also explains: "God was very nice to me." The musician has had many successes since he first appeared in the charts in 1965. His big hits include "It's Not Unusual", "What's New Pussycat?", "Delilah" and "She's A Lady". Jones has meanwhile also become one of the TV stars, since 2012 he has been a jury member and coach in the British vocal casting show "The Voice UK".
