Tomorrow belongs to us: the first images of Malik, Karim’s mysterious brother

TF1 has just unveiled a first extract from “Tomorrow belongs to us” featuring Mhamed Arezki (“Candice Renoir”) in the role of Malik, Karim’s brother. What is his relationship with Sophie Novak? And what is this new character hiding?

While the police are finally on the trail of the scammer who caught Régis (Francis Perrin), Martin (Franck Monsigny) and Sébastien (Xavier Deluc) in their nets, a new character will make his debut in Tomorrow belongs to us next week . And the least we can say is that he is not unknown to everyone.

On Wednesday November 2, Mhamed Arezki, who notably distinguished himself in the series Les Bleus, premiers pas dans la police and Candice Renoir, will indeed make his first appearance in the role of Malik Ben Allal, a client who will land at the office of Raphaëlle (Jennifer Lauret) in the hope of being able to speak with her lawyer: Sophie Novak (Carole Bianic).

In the extract from Tomorrow belongs to us unveiled in preview by TF1, Malik asks to see Sophie immediately and struggles to hide his astonishment when Gabriel (Martin Mille) tells him that she no longer works here.

“Master Novak had to stop his activities for personal reasons. I’m sorry”. A news that does not delight manages Malik, who makes Gabriel understand that Sophie was in charge of all his files.

And the fact that Raphaëlle is also absent at the time of this exchange between Gabriel and Malik only accentuates the annoyance of the latter who wonders if he is dealing with a serious firm and promises to come back later to check. interview with Master Perraud.

From these first images, Malik Ben Allal therefore appears as a rather troubled character, who obviously has things to hide and could well find himself in a compromising situation. After all, he seems to badly need the advice of Sophie Novak, and the latter is known to dabble in shady deals in contact with her often crooked or disreputable clients.

Nothing really new under the sun of Sète, where each new plot features new faces that are often ill-intentioned or victims of a plot. But in this case, things are somewhat different because, even if the excerpt in question does not say so, Malik is the brother of an emblematic character of Tomorrow belongs to us.

Viewers will indeed quickly discover that he is none other than the brother of Karim Saeed (Samy Gharbi). His arrival in Sète, as well as that of his son Rayane (Sasha Birdy), will also be the starting point for a new ark dedicated to Karim and his past.

A thriller plot that will focus on the disappearance of Romy (Dounia Coesens), Malik’s wife, and will gradually reveal deeply buried secrets.

What is Malik hiding? And why does he need his lawyer’s services so badly? Answer in the sequel to Tomorrow belongs to us on TF1 and on Salto.
