Monday April 10 in Tomorrow belongs to us…
JULES IS THE ACCOMPLICE OF THE FENCER
In the morning, Martin and Myriam are at the Spoon for breakfast. The opportunity for Nordine’s parents to look back on their past. At the time, Myriam thought she was sterile. It is for this reason that her relationship with Carl was going badly. Myriam would therefore never have imagined getting pregnant. Although she made Martin believe that she was going to have an abortion, Myriam never intended. Since Martin looked relieved that she wasn’t keeping the child, she figured he wasn’t ready to have a baby, let alone with a married woman.
Subsequently, Myriam told the whole truth to her husband who ended up leaving her. Indeed, Carl needed time to accept and forgive her. Eventually he raised Nordine as his son and it was wonderful. For Martin too, the arrival of Nordine was a great gift. Today, the policeman can no longer imagine his life without him. As Myriam thinks the worst, Martin guarantees that Nordine is a fighter and that he will eventually wake up. A few steps away, Nathan listens to the conversation and seems particularly touched by what he hears.
Meanwhile, Karim has an appointment with the receiver but the latter does not come. When he tries to call him, the suspect seems to have blocked his number.
For his part, Nathan comes to see Julie at the hospital, which is starting her first day of training. As he tries to hear from Nordine, the young woman admits that the doctors do not know if the policeman will come out of the coma. Particularly touched by what is happening to Nordine, he confides to his sister that he plans to play the bait. Indeed, Nathan feels guilty for not being able to help the police catch the culprits. Julie then signals to him that he doesn’t need to play the hero to prove that he is not their accomplice.
Without having informed his lawyer, Nathan goes to the police station and informs Karim and Martin that he accepts the mission. After thanking him, Karim indicates that they will call the receiver together and then equip him with a bulletproof vest, a headset and a microphone for the meeting. Seeing that he starts to panic, they certify that they will be there to protect him in case something goes wrong.
Warned by Julie, Raphaëlle arrives at the police station. Furious that her client has agreed to play the bait without telling him about it, Raphaëlle specifies that he can still cancel everything. Only, Nathan wants to help the police. Although annoyed, she begs him to be careful.
At nightfall, Nathan goes to the meeting place and takes advantage of the fact that the receiver has gone to collect the phones to give some information to the police. When the teenager touches the cap that hides his earpiece, the receiver unfortunately understands that Nathan threw him at the cops. After being violently hit on the head, the Paoletti son loses consciousness.
Without waiting, the police intervene but the suspect has fled through the window of the bathroom. Fortunately, Nathan wakes up and swears that everything is fine. While the investigators are looking for the receiver, the latter walks in the streets of the city. Taking him by surprise, his accomplice drags him into an alley out of sight and then beats him up. And this accomplice is none other than Jules Corkas…
RAYANE DOES NOT ASSUME HER FEELINGS
Since their kiss, Jack has not heard from Rayane. That’s why he goes to the skate park to try to understand what’s going on. However, Rayane does not want to make this kiss the event of the century. For him, they are friends and it is very good like that. A blow for Jack.
Upset, he confides in his sister about the enormous wind he has just taken. Although Lizzie encourages him to move on, Jack has an idea in mind to win the heart of the boy he loves.
Jack therefore joins Rayane for lunch and makes her believe that he is looking for a good profile picture for dating apps. An announcement that obviously does not please Rayane which makes him understand that he is much better than that. Although he would have preferred it to be otherwise, Jack claims that he is tired of waiting for the right one and that he wants to take action to have his first experience. Understanding, Rayane still thinks it’s a bad idea.
In the evening, Rayane and Romy dine at the Spoon. Quickly, she notices that her son is flirting on a dating app. Rayane then confides that Jack signed up on a site after he told her they were just friends. While Romy understands that her son is spying on her, Rayane asserts the opposite. Besides, he states that Jack can do whatever he wants with whoever he wants.
For his part, Jack prints a photo of him and Rayane. Seeing the snap, Lizzie reminds her brother that he needed to move on. Only, Jack knows that the young man has feelings for him and has no intention of giving up.
BENOIT TRIES TO ESCAPE
In the morning, Amel questions her sister about her strange behavior in her last days, but Lisa has the answer to everything. In addition, she tries to find out if she has heard from Benoît. Since this is not the case, Amel cannot help but be surprised that he has not contacted her. Lisa then makes him believe that he had to distance himself from this affair and that he must be angry with her for having suspected him.
At the same time, Benoît has managed to free himself from his bonds and is trying to pick the lock to escape. In vain. So he waits for Lisa to arrive to try to flee. As he jostles her, Benoît and Lisa fall to the ground. While he tries to steal his weapon, Lisa does not let it go and manages to control him and then handcuff him.
When she asks him to confess his crimes, Benoît swears once again that he is not the monster of Argenteuil. He then launches that she is doing anything and that the police will eventually find him. Lisa therefore retorts that her colleagues believe him at friends and that no one is looking for him. Exhausted, Benoît begs her to stop being paranoid and let him go. As he makes her understand that she is afraid to admit that she is wrong, Lisa gags him so as not to hear him anymore.
