(Boursier.com) — Diede Mink van den Ouden is appointed as a new member of the board of directors of Thunder Drones. He replaces Olivier Chouraqui who resigned from his mandate at the end of November.
Mr van den Ouden has been involved in Tonner Drones since June 2023. He has notably supported the current management and contributed to the financing of the company. In order to support the company in the final phase of its restructuring period, Mr van den Ouden has accepted a seat on the Board of Directors for a period of 3 to 6 months.
Diede Mink van den Ouden is an experienced investor with in-depth knowledge of financial markets. For the management of Tonner Drones, this professional experience will benefit all stakeholders.
The appointment of Mr van den Ouden should be confirmed at the next general meeting of shareholders.
