(Boursier.com) — Thunder Drones ends the mandate of Olivier Chouraqui as director of the company. Olivier Chouraqui was appointed to the company’s Board of Directors alongside MM. Jean-François Ott and Bradley Taylor by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, held on June 5 as part of the reorganization of the Tonner Drones group (formerly Delta Drone).
Having completed his mission, Olivier Chouraqui will soon be replaced by a new administrator.
The board of directors would like to “deeply thank Mr. Olivier Chouraqui for his contribution during the transition period which made it possible to give a new dynamic to the group”.
Tonner Drones currently has a price of 0.39 euros per share.
