September 27, 2022 – Toosla (ISIN code: FR00140062B9 – mnemonic code: ALTOO), a digital player in short-term car rental, announces the appointment of Nathalie Aubin as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, replacing Panayotis Staïcos.
Nathalie Aubin spent more than 30 years with Europcar, where she was in charge of the planning and financial optimization of the fleet, then purchasing in the international management of the fleet, before joining the Management Committee and to take over the management of the Europcar France fleet from 2011 to 2019. In 2019, she founded her consulting firm specializing in the development and optimization of large and diversified fleets, dedicated to company vehicles or short-term rental term for both individuals and businesses.
Nathalie Aubin was appointed to Toosla’s Board of Directors in December 2021. She was heavily involved in defining and monitoring the development plan. In order to facilitate managerial transition and taking up operational duties, she has participated as a guest on Management Committees since May 2022. In addition, she has carried out, alongside Éric Poncin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Toosla, consultancy for the development of the Company’s fleet. Following her appointment, she resigned from her directorship.
