June 15, 2022 – Toosla shareholders are invited to attend the Combined General Meeting, which will be held on Thursday June 30, 2022 at 9 a.m., at the Company’s premises at 42 Boulevard Sébastopol in Paris (75003). The prior notice of the meeting including the agenda and the text of the resolutions that will be put to the shareholders’ vote was published in the BALO of May 25, 2022.
The preparatory documents and information relating to the General Meeting are made available to shareholders in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions in force.
