TOOSLA: Increase in resources allocated to the liquidity contract concluded with INVEST SECURITIES – 02/13/2024 at 12:00 p.m.


February 13, 2024 – Toosla (ISIN code: FR00140062B9 – mnemonic code: ALTOO), digital player in short-term car rental, announces that it has increased the resources allocated to the liquidity contract entrusted to INVEST SECURITIES by the contribution of 25,000, 00 euros in cash.

This increase, in accordance with the provisions of article 4 of AMF decision no. 2021-01 of June 22, 2021 (the “AMF Decision”), aims to rebalance the cash and securities resources of the liquidity account and aims to ensure a better liquidity for the security and, where applicable, avoiding price shifts not justified by the market trend.

As of 02/12/2024, after closing of the market and after increasing the cash amount in the liquidity contract of 25,000.00 euros, the means available are as follows:

  • 123,945 titles

  • 27,669.57 euros in cash

It is recalled that during the half-yearly balance sheet of December 31, 2023, the following resources appeared in the liquidity account:

  • 116,861 titles

  • 6,149.78 euros in cash
