September 20, 2023 – Toosla (ISIN code: FR00140062B9 – mnemonic code: ALTOO), digital player in short-term car rental, will unveil its new strategic roadmap on Wednesday October 11, 2023, after trading.

This roadmap will reflect the desire of the new management team, led by Jean-François Boucher, future Chairman of the Board of Directors as of October 10, 2023, and Panayotis Staïcos, Managing Director, to sustainably commit Toosla to the path of profitable growth after a phase of hypergrowth which required very heavy investments.

To mark this publication, Toosla will organize, on Thursday October 12, 2023 at 5:30 p.m., a videoconference open to all current or potential retail investors in Toosla. On this occasion, a time for discussion will be reserved as a priority for questions from members of the Shareholders Club.
