(CercleFinance.com) – TotalEnergies has signed an agreement for the acquisition from the Agência Nacional do Petróleo de São Tomé e Príncipe (ANP-STP) of a 60% stake with operator status on the block offshore STP02.
The remaining 40% will be retained by the current license holders, Sonangol (30%) and ANP-STP (10%). This transaction is subject to final approval by the relevant authorities.
