(CercleFinance.com) – The Goldman Sachs Group declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on June 15, 2022, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company TotalEnergies and indirectly holds through companies it controls, 6.25% of the capital and 5.87% of the voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an off-market acquisition of TotalEnergies shares and an increase in the number of TotalEnergies shares held by assimilation, as a result of which the trading exemption no longer applies for the declarant.
