TotalEnergies under pressure, crude prices fall to lowest level of the year

(Boursier.com) — TotalEnergies lost nearly 1% to 57 euros in the middle of the week, in the wake of the relapse in crude oil prices to the lowest of the year. The barrel of Brent has indeed fallen back below the symbolic bar of $80 in London, to $78, in an environment still marked by fears of a global recession during the winter…
Note that, on the broker side, this did not prevent Deutsche Bank from readjusting the cursor from 54.9 to 60 euros on the file with an opinion to ‘keep’, while JP Morgan, which is buying on the group tanker had already slightly raised its target from 66 to 68 euros. AlphaValue had meanwhile gone from ‘reducing’ to ‘accumulating’ on the record, while raising its target from 60 to 66.4 euros.
