New week and new predictions for TOTW 10 Team of the Week EA FC 24. As usual, EA will offer new IF cards following the results of the best professional players from last week. As a reminder, the five major women’s leagues are taken into account in the TOTW while the cards are now all 80 or more in overall rating. The developments are also more marked than in FIFA 23, making it possible to give more interest to these cards.
We therefore present to you our predictions for the new cards which will be available in the packs from Wednesday at 7 p.m.

Team Goalkeeper of the week 10
Carlos Miguel, New York RB, MLS
While the qualifying matches for the next Euro monopolized the Western scene, the countries of South America were playing to qualify for the next World Cup. This competition extends over several years but each match is important, which is why Carlos Miguel’s performance is highlighted here. The goalkeeper held the house at 10 against 11 for more than a half, allowing Paraguay to obtain a 0-0 draw against Chile.
Defender Predictions
Stefan de Vrij, Inter, Serie A
With few defensive options, one of our predictions for Team of the Week 10 is De Vrij. The Dutch player recorded 1 assist for the only goal in the Netherlands’ narrow victory against Ireland. Not at all Meta this year, Stefan De Vrij could be quite interesting in case of a solid boost, in connection with other special Inter cards like Dumfries Evo, Martinez POTM and Barella Centurions.
David Alaba, Real Madrid, La Liga
Austria has been one of the surprise teams for some time on the European scene, with a second in Group F just one point behind Belgium. Once again, the defense was extremely solid with no goals conceded against Estonia. Better still, the defenders stood out and if Lienhart scored 1 goal, it was Alaba who made the decisive pass. Thus, we take the risk of listing the Real Madrid player here, since he could be a relatively sought-after option in TOTW.
The Fields
Kingsley Coman, Bayern Munich, Bundesliga
What can we say about the success achieved by the French team on Saturday evening against Gibraltar? Mbappé’s teammates totally dominated the match, with a historic 14-0 final. With many players having recorded several goals or assists, our choice falls on Kingsley Coman. The Bayern player had 2 goals and 1 assist in a very good overall performance. Around 6 weeks after its TOTW premiere, Coman’s card could have quite a large demand on FUT.
Lauren James, Chelsea, Premier League Women
If the men’s team seems to be regaining its level of form, the Chelsea women’s team are not left out. Lauren James’ teammates crushed Liverpool, confirming their first place in the Women Super League. The English player dominated the proceedings with 3 goals and 1 assist, making her an ideal choice for our Team of the Week 10 predictions. Despite somewhat odd stats (agility, finishing) and a strong physique in game, Lauren James has a lot of potential via a 5-4 star, ideal performance in attack and good playing styles.
Which Attackers in TOTW 10?
Romelu Lukaku, AS Roma, Serie A
We said it a few weeks ago, Lukaku is really back! After two rather complicated seasons and a failed World Cup, the Belgian player seems to have regained his level of play. Already in good shape with AS Roma, the striker also spoke with Belgium, scoring 4 goals in the victory 5 to 0 for the Red Devils. If his first TOTW is generally fodder, the second should be a little more in demand although still very limited.
Luiz Diaz, Liverpool, Premier League
What a scenario for Luiz Diaz who, after finding his father (kidnapped in Colombia two weeks ago), scored 2 goals for his country with his family in the stands. The story of the Liverpool player is one of the sensations of the moment and it is difficult to see how EA could miss the opportunity to highlight him in the game. Note that his RTTK was close to a million 10 days ago, an 86 card could be quite interesting for players with a more modest budget.

Here we list players who have a chance of appearing there but who, for various reasons, should miss EA’s selection. The point of listing these cards is to protect yourself from an investment point of view (see below) and thus potentially take some risks on less expected players.

How to get TOTW cards on EA FC 24?
TOTW cards are often interesting at high level but also for DCEs as well as for achieving specific objectives in friendly match mode. Therefore, even on players whose overall rating would be quite low, it is necessary to know how to obtain these TOTW cards on EA Sports FC 24.
The first source is obviously the transfer market, where you can find a player’s TOTW cards in special versions of their cards. Be careful though because IF cards sell for much more than the basic version. This is explained in particular by their rarity but also by the fact that the base price (in discards) is already quite high.
A second source remains Gold packs of the game, who have these special cards for a week (from Wednesday to the following Wednesday at 7 p.m.). Be careful because once this week has passed, it will be impossible to drop them in packs.
Finally, specific TOTW Packs will be present during the season in DCEalthough the latter are often unprofitable because they are completely random.
Investments linked to TOTW predictions on EA Sports FC 24
If the cards of the players selected in the Team of the Week are often good sources of investment, it is also possible to earn credits via the TOTW. Indeed, there are several methods for speculating on the market.
Thus, the simplest and most regular consists of bet on the normal Gold cards of current TOTW players. These are not present in the packs during the week, limiting the quantity of cards. If a player is looking to use these cards for DCEs or for their team, prices can rise sharply. So buy the cards in anticipation of this rise, speculating on TOTW’s predictions. This technique is called OOP (Out of Packs, understand outside of Packs) and also works for special cards in events. The more specific the card (major league, nation and rare position), the greater its potential. For example, a player like Jonathan Claus is very interesting because he is French, from Ligue 1 and in a relatively rare DD position on a Gold card. Therefore, his price in Gold version could easily triple in OOP.
Furthermore, another method is to analyze future good TOTW cards and thus speculate on cards related to them. For example, if Haaland receives a Team of the Week card, it’s likely that players will look to include him in their FUT roster. Thus, they will also seek to link this new card with other Premier League players, Man City players or even Norwegian players in order to create the best possible links. It is therefore possible to invest in cards allowing perfect links, just before the release of the new Team of the Week. This technique could become much more interesting given EA’s desire to make TOTW more Meta throughout the season.
Note that these two strategies require anticipating the market but also finding the right timing. Often, the cards to buy rise quickly, so you need to plan in advance who to buy. In addition, this period of increase will not last long, so it is necessary to play for a few days and quickly sell your cards.
