The Alliance France Tourisme, which brings together the major companies in the sector, will present this Thursday to its minister responsible, Olivia Grégoire, a white paper intended to “strengthen the attractiveness of the tourism sector and restructure training to guarantee the quality of services“. 360,000 positions were to be filled this spring, a historic record which resulted in the closure of restaurants a few days a week, or that of entire floors in hotels.
