"Tous en cuisine" from Monday April 20, 2020: recipes, ingredients and utensils by Cyril Lignac: Femme Actuelle Le MAG

All in the kitchen! It’s the name of Cyril Lignac's new show, broadcast every day, Monday to Friday. Every evening at 6:45 p.m., the French can change their ideas in front of M6 by cooking in these confinement time linked to the coronavirus crisis. A live program to combine business with pleasure and offer the people of France to prepare their dinner while having fun watching their TV. With them, in their screen, the host Jérôme Anthony, who tries to follow the chef's advice from his kitchen at Nancy. Several French families are also on the duplex to prepare delicious meals directly. Finally, guests intervene regularly.

The recipe for All in the kitchen works wonderfully : since its launch on Saturday March 22, 2020, the new program of the sixth channel has been a hit. The first evening, the program gathered more than 1,301,000 viewers and 6.2% market share. M6 therefore decided, “Following very positive comments after the first broadcast”, to program All in the kitchen every night … until further notice. And for everyone to find themselves in the kitchen facing the favorite cook of the French, you still have to have all the ingredients to be ready. Monday April 20:

MAIN COURSE: TOMATO BASILIC, PENNE, BURRATA SAUCE BALLS The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 300g ground beef
  • 300g minced pork
  • 30g grated parmesan or grated cheese, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g ricotta or cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 100g of rindless bread soaked in milk
  • 500g tomato sauce or crushed tomato
  • 1 sprig of fresh thyme
  • 1/2 bunch of basil
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and dewatered
  • 1 peeled and chopped onion
  • 240g raw penne
  • 2 balls of 125g burrata or mozzarella
  • 200g very fine bread crumbs
  • 2 beaten yolks with 1 spoon of water

MEAL: CHICKEN SKEWER SATAY SAUCE, GRILLED CHOUX The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 4 chicken fillets
  • pot or house satay sauce
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 25g raisins soaked in hot water to swell
  • 25g toasted and whole almonds
  • some coriander leaves
  • 1 lime
  • olive oil
  • fine salt and freshly ground pepper

  • 250g condensed unsweetened milk
  • 25cl coconut milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 40g sugar

Wednesday April 22:

DESSERT: SUCCESS WITH RASPBERRIES AND CITRUS FRUITS The ingredients for 4 to 6 people:

  • 250 to 300g of raspberries
  • 1 red apple
  • 3 blood oranges in supremes or oranges in supremes
  • 2 grapefruits in supremes
  • 1 lime for zest
  • 4 egg whites
  • 120g sugar
  • 60g icing sugar
  • 60g hazelnut powder
  • 200g cottage cheese
  • 15g sugar

  • 40g white balsamic vinegar or white wine vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon green Tabasco or chopped green pepper
  • 8g powder Madras curry
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 60g Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
  • 1 packet of tortilla chips

  • fine salt and freshly ground pepper

DISH: BLUE CORD, CRUSHED POTATOES IN OLIVE OIL The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 4 slices of "picatta" veal cutlets or chicken breasts, well split in half and typed
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 1 egg
  • 50g of fresh cream + 50g of whole liquid cream mixed with the prerequisite
  • 200g grated parmesan or grated emmental cheese
  • ½ bunch parsley washed, leafless and chopped
  • 25g hazelnut powder
  • 25g almond powder
  • 150g bread crumbs in a fairly large deep plate
  • 3 egg whites in a fairly large deep plate
  • 150g flour in a fairly large deep plate
  • 25g butter
  • 8 beautiful potatoes

DISH: GREEN TABOULE WITH SHRIMPS The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 200g fine semolina for raw couscous
  • 50cl vegetable boillon or cube broth
  • 10cl of olive oil
  • 2 lemon juice
  • 16 cooked shrimp, peeled and cut in three crosswise
  • 1 small broccoli cut into pieces
  • ½ washed cucumbers, cut in half lengthwise, seeded and cut into cubes
  • 100g cooked peas or cooked beans
  • olive oil
  • 50g of roasted and salted crushed peanuts or almonds or pistachios or other
  • 1 lime
  • ¼ bunch of chopped cilantro
  • ¼ bunch of chopped parsley
  • 1 pomegranate if you find (shelled)

DESSERT: 2 CHOCOLATE COOKIES The ingredients for 20 large cookies or for many small cookies:

  • 120 g brown sugar
  • 120 g caster sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • 6g baking powder
  • 175 g sweet butter, cubed and ointment
  • 1 whole egg
  • 190 g milk chocolate
  • 190 g dark chocolate
