Wednesday June 10, the sweet recipe offered on M6 by chef Lignac takes us to Spain. Spanish cuisine doesn't count calories and that's good. Its traditional "chocolate churros" explodes all counters. Here is a recipe that makes dieticians and all those who make sure to eat a balanced diet dizzy. A fried donut dipped in a chocolate cream sauce … You had to be Spanish to think about it! And it works ! To the point that churros are part of these deliciously regressive sweets for which we fall in love with the funfair.
Prepared in the oven, with orange blossom, in snails and garnished with whipped cream as imagined by our sisters in Current Cuisine (see video above), even salted with chorizo and parmesan, churros can be made according to our desires . Cyril Lignac, a master in the art of teaching us how to cook desserts and pastries at home, delivers the traditional recipe here.
