"Tous en cuisine": the recipe for fried rice by Cyril Lignac: Femme Actuelle Le MAG

Thursday April 9, Cyril Lignac invited the viewers of his show "Tous en cuisine" to make a stir-fried rice live. A summer dish to taste to believe you are on vacation! Find the recipe and the list of ingredients to get started.

The list of ingredients of fried rice by Cyril Lignac

  • 240 g rice cooked in advance
  • 2 sausages and 2 merguez or 3 poultry supremes or 1 cooked omelet cut into strips
  • olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup or tomato puree
  • 150 g soy sauce or 30 g honey
  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 4 leaves of green cabbage or Chinese cabbage or pak choï cabbage
  • 200 g spinach leaves or baby spinach leaves
  • Espelette pepper

On the utensil side, you will need: a board, a slicing knife, a frying pan or a wok, a spatula, a spoon, a large serving dish

Step 1: making the fried rice by Cyril Lignac

Pour a dash of olive oil in a frying pan, and sauté the sausages, chicken breasts or cooked omelet strips for coloring.

Step 2: cooking Cyril Lignac sautéed rice

Cut all the vegetables into small dice or strips. In a frying pan (or wok), brown the shallot and add the spinach, carrots and green cabbage. Let it brown, then pour the meat. Mix.

Step 3: preparing the fried rice by Cyril Lignac

Once cooked, mix the rice with the soybeans and ketchup. Book. Salt and add the Espelette pepper. Pour the rice into the frying pan to warm it up and gently mix with the filling.

Step 4: the presentation of Cyril Lignac sautéed rice

Place on plates or in a family dish. Serve hot.
