The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 500g fresh skinless salmon
  • 100 g cold cooked basmati rice
  • 180 g of Paris mushrooms, hulled, washed
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs (cooking in boiling water 9 to 11 minutes)
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped dill
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • Olive oil

Sauce :
