- 500g fresh skinless salmon
- 100 g cold cooked basmati rice
- 180 g of Paris mushrooms, hulled, washed
- 20 g butter
- 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 4 hard-boiled eggs (cooking in boiling water 9 to 11 minutes)
- 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons of chopped dill
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 1 roll of puff pastry
