For example, it is not possible to bury your pet in your garden if it weighs more than 40 kg. There are cremation solutions or a few rare cemeteries for animals. It may soon be possible to bury your pet in your own family vault. Deputy LR Alexandre Vincendet has indeed tabled a bill to this effect, reveals The Parisian Wednesday, November 30.
“This is a matter of concern for many French people, particularly among the most fragile, the oldest or the most isolated people”, declared Alexandre Vincendet to the Parisian to defend his project. And to add: “I saw it a lot when I was mayor. I see the heartbreak that the loss of an animal can represent, which also often serves as a social link between people. »
If some political opponents have sneered at this idea, arguing that there was more urgent to deal with, on the right, we take the matter very seriously. Moreover, Aurore Bergé, president of the Renaissance group in the National Assembly, accepted that this subject be put on the agenda of a meeting of the group on Monday, December 5.
