When you will land in Tower of Fantasyyou will participate in a small tutorial, to teach you the basics of the game. However, if you use a French keyboard, an AZERTY keyboard, you will face some problems. Tower of Fantasy is indeed configured in QWERTY by default (English keyboard) and you have no possibility to rebind the game during the tutorial. So you have to do a little manipulation.
How to change your keyboard to QWERTY?
If you are unable to move during the introduction of Tower of Fantasy, be aware that a simple manipulation of the key will make your task much more practical. In game, or before launching it, all you have to do is press the “Shift” and “Alt” keys simultaneously. This will automatically switch your keyboard to QWERTY and you can follow the introduction. Simply press the same keys again to return to QWERTY mode.
Rebind the keys on Tower of Fantasy
For the rest of your adventure, you will have two choices. The first, the simplest, keep the QWERTY keyboard, which will not be a handicap. You will only have to perform the manipulation before playing to take advantage of Tower of Fantasy.
The second request to rebind the keys, but will give you some problems, since some shortcuts cannot, at the time of this writing, be reparameterized. But if you want to play at all costs without changing the language of your keyboard, you will have to deal with a few inconveniences. For change keys on Tower of Fantasy, just open the menu, press “Esc” or “Esc” and click on “Settings”. Go to “Controller” and modify the keys. Unfortunately, you will not be able to use your mouse buttons, which is quite annoying, you will agree.
Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon by the developers, so that everyone can configure their keys as they wish.
