(CercleFinance.com) – Toyota announces that it has agreed to develop a large-scale electrolysis system with Chiyoda Corporation as part of a strategic partnership. The two partners have also signed an agreement on this cooperation.
The aim is to help achieve government targets for the introduction of electrolysis equipment in Japan and abroad.
The partners intend to pool their technologies and resources in order to develop a large-scale electrolysis system. ‘This will help accommodate the rapidly expanding hydrogen production markets, both within and outside of Japan,’ says Toyota.
This collaboration could enable reduced costs, increased production efficiency and more stable quality for the electrolysis systems needed to produce green hydrogen.
