Toyota: Kinto launches a car-sharing service in Valenciennes

(CercleFinance.com) – Toyota announces that Kinto, its mobility brand, is launching a car-sharing service called ‘KINTO Share’ in Valenciennes, via a fleet of 6 hybrid Yaris, available 24 hours a day and bookable directly on smartphones.

Users can rent a vehicle for an hour, a day, a week or more and benefit from an all-inclusive service: insurance, assistance and fuel.

The service will be operational from October 3 with 3 locations located at the entrance to Valenciennes, on the university campus and in the city center (centre car park).

Toyota Motor Manufacturing France (TMMF) established itself more than 20 years ago in Onnaing, the production site of Yaris and Yaris Cross.

‘It is therefore with enthusiasm that KINTO responded favorably to the proposal of the agglomeration of Valenciennes and Simouv (Intercommunal Syndicate of Mobility and Urban Organization of Valenciennes) to participate in the development of mobility on their territory’, indicates Toyota.
